Quotations characteristics

1. You can use exaclty what someone said, in quotation / talking marks, but you have to mention his or her name and where he or she has written it
2. The quotation cannot be longer than 2-3 sentences in your text.
3. If it's a paragraph long, you indent it,

During the twenties lawlessness and social nonconformity prevailed. In cities organized crime flourished without police interference, and in spite of nationwide prohibition of liquor sales, anyone who wished to buy a drink knew where to get one.
